Applying for green cards is easy.
Just follow the simple and easy steps below.
Read through all the steps carefully and review the footnotes before sending in your application.

 

Step 1: Check the Requirements

Please make sure that you satisfy the requirements.

Step 2: Read Lottery Information, FAQ and Fees

Please read through the Lottery Information , FAQ and Fees to have a better understanding.

Step 3: Print out Application Form

Please download the application form and print it out.

Step 4: Read Instructions on the Form

Read and follow the instructions on the application form carefully.

Step 5: Fill up and Sign Application Form

Please fill up the application form using blue or black pen. Please write carefully and legibly. Remember to sign on the form!

Step 6: Prepare the Photographs

Please attach photographs for the applicant, the spouse and each of the children. Make sure that all your photos have the required specifications.

Step 7: Prepare the Payment

Please prepare your preferred mode of payment.

Step 8: Mail the Form, Photos and Payment to Us

Proceed to mail the signed application form, the photos and the payment in one envelope to either one of our offices.

Note:

- For Individual Packages, please send in one application form, your photo, your spouse's photo, one photo for each of your children and your preferred mode of payment.

- For Family Packages, please send in one application form in the husband's name, another application form in the wife's name, 2 sets of photos each for the husband, the wife and the children, as well as your preferred mode of payment. Mail everything in one envelope to us.

- Applications that are received late by Apply Green Card Lottery will automatically have their applications submitted for next year's lottery

- Email is our main method of establishing contact with our customers. Please provide us with an email address that you use on a regular basis so that we will be able to contact you if anything crops up.
